Chief Operations Officer

She leads the Organizational Development and Human Resources teams, providing clients with superior leadership during critical transition phases, including hiring professional and technical staff, implementing budget reductions, directly responsible for the complete oversight of contracts from contract conception with the development of pricing schedules, cost structures estimates for IT support services for Federal and commercial entities, writing business operational plans, and installing standardized effective business information management systems.

With a strong knowledge of managing program budgets for IT projects and systems, Traci has been responsible for multi-fund budgets ranging from $1 million to $10 million. She has experience in all aspects of resource allocation, fund management, accounting and control.

In 2003 to 2012, Traci managed strategic planning for The Newberry Group, INC, as the Executive Director of Defense and Civil Programs which included the de-development of mission statements, clarification of objectives, coordination of planning teams, and achieving acceptance and implementation of plans. She was responsible for the complete oversight of contracts from contract conception with the development of pricing schedules, cost structures estimates and review/approvals of NDA’s and TA’s for IT support services. She also created a program management database to maintain program data to include fully executed contracts with contract award value, SOW, employee burn rate, subcontract burn rate and contract modifications to ensure contract compliance.

Traci Porter holds a B.S. Business Administration Management Science from Columbia College, M.A. Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University, and Government Contracting Certificate from Webster University.

She is an active member of Delta Mu Delta – Business Honor Society, National Contract Management Association and an avid baker.
